Windtex employed Lindsay in September 2011, she is our longest serving employee and is a valuable asset to the company. Lindsay takes the lead when it comes to day-to-day running of the head office and keeping operational requirements running smoothly.
Having never worked in the renewables industry before, Lindsay had a lot to learn, she instantly took great pride in her work and the directors knew that she would learn quickly.
She was initially tasked with making arrangements for mobilisation, vehicles and accommodation for our pool of technicians but she is now in control of accounting and client relations.
Lindsay is now also qualified to handle compliance within the business and assists the directors with ISO, IRATA and LEEA accreditation.
